General Rules for Return:

The product shipped to is different from what you ordered in terms of appearance/labeling/packing. For that we will not accept.
Return should be made within 3 days from the date of dispatch.
Returns should be made only for the product shipped to you is different from what you ordered/physically damaged condition.

Return Attempt: The return attempt should be made by the customer/consumer.

After Return, Your Product Will Be Checked For The Following Conditions:

Correct Product	Name/image/brand/serial number should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Unused Product	The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Packing	Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.

General Rules for Successful Return:

For any products for which we will attempt replacement at the earliest to fulfill your expectations. In certain cases, if the seller is unable to make a replacement, a refund will be given. The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and meets the above-mentioned returns policy.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with the tag still attached (wherever applicable).
No used products will be refunded.
Product refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged or if the size is different from the size ordered.
